Georgia and Mik's Intimate Spring Wedding

The ceremony location at Hay Shed Hill is perfectly situated under the shade of two beautiful trees, framing the couple in a way any photographer would appreciate.  

The celebration continued with a dinner reception featuring a long table, creating a sense of togetherness and warmth. The extended table setting allowed guests to engage in conversations, share laughter, and savour the joyous atmosphere. The long table’s simplicity complemented the venue’s rustic charm, fostering a cozy and inviting ambience.

In the future, when couples ask for recommendations for an intimate wedding venue, Rústico at Hay Shed Hill sits at the top of my list. Margaret River is beautiful all year round, But spring or autumn would be my choice for a wedding in a venue such as this. 

Georgia and Mik want to keep the ceremony intimate, with only their close family members in attendance. Late, friends and more family would join us for dinner, fun and dancing. The exchange of vows was heartfelt, tears were shed, and love was set loose.

There’s a lot I can say about Hay Shed Hill; the vineyard and rolling hills make for a beautiful wedding backdrop and reception. The food and service by the team were wonderful; Georgia and Mik enjoyed the afternoon and evening whilst the team took care of everything. 

Rustico  at Hay Shed Hill

In the heart of Margaret River, Rustico at Hay Shed Hill provided the picturesque backdrop for Georgia and Mik's intimate late spring wedding. Fifteen close friends and family witnessed their intimate ceremony by the lake under the shade of beautiful trees. Followed by a delightful dinner reception with 30 guests; their special day was a perfect blend of fun, intimacy, and delicious food.
